If you are not familiar with the audio conferencing via teams it lets the meeting creator assign a phone number to the meeting so users can dial in via phone instead of using the Teams app. Normally a $4 per user addon fee they are offering this feature for 1 year. If you already have the E5 or business voice plans you don’t need this though as its already included in those subscriptions. You or your admin will need to sign into the admin control center or partner portal and add the number of licenses you want and assign them to the users. The meeting leader is the only one that needs the license not the people dialing in.
Once assigned the leader can go to Outlook and click on the new teams meeting button
The meeting ID and phone number are automatically created and sent to the attendees.
